Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.

Salary varies by location and experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design Dynamic Assets: Create a wide range of digital assets, from landing pages and web banners to digital platforms, all while ensuring alignment with the client’s mission, values, and user experience goals.
  • Develop Engaging Ads: Craft visually compelling digital display ads for third-party platforms using specialized software, including HTML5 assets.
  • Innovate with Figma: Develop innovative design systems and user interfaces that align with overarching brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize Rapidly: Quickly turn concepts into user experiences using component libraries that deploy through Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Own the Creative Process: Manage designs from concept to release, ensuring the final product exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Implement ADA-compliant design practices into all deliverables, ensuring accessibility across platforms.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside internal teams and client partners to drive creative innovation and produce digital solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Present with Confidence: Lead internal reviews and client presentations, providing well-researched rationale for your design choices based on best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Design Expertise: A rich online portfolio website showcasing a diverse range of digital work, especially in web design, display ads, and motion graphics.
  • Experience: 4+ years as a UX or Digital Designer with a solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, brand adherence, etc.).
  • UX Methodology: Familiarity with UX design processes and methodologies is a plus.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
  • Agency Experience: Previous experience working within an agency environment.
  • Software Mastery: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator), with proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with HTML5/Google Web Designer and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • CMS Knowledge: Familiarity with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager and experience designing for CMS implementation.
  • ADA Compliance: Understanding of ADA compliance requirements for digital deliverables.
  • Collaborative Skills: Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and maintain organization across multiple projects.
  • Mac Proficiency: Comfortable using Mac-based design tools.
