Position Title: Machine Operator- 3rd 

Wage: $18.00/Hour

Shift: 3rd Shift

Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday - Friday)

Machine Operator- 3rd Responsibilities:
- Performs typical machine operations to support production and shipping
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
- Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts
- Must be able to perform but not limited to the following tasks: de-burring, molding and all bench operations and inspect
- Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine set-up
- Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks stated above 

Requirements for Machine Operator- 3rd:
- Occasional stooping, bending, squatting, crouching or reaching above the shoulders
- Prolonged Standing
- Prolonged Sitting
- Repetitive Bending
- Hand/Eye Work
- Grasping/Pinching
- Pushing/Pulling
- Lifting 10-20lbs.
- Lifting 20-30lbs.
- Lifting 30-40lbs.
- Lifting and/or moving up to 50lbs occasionally
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Prior production experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Mechanical and electrical skills, metal fabrication, ability to read blueprints and schematics preferred
- Ability to utilize computer platforms to access work instructions
- Safety Awareness-Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety
- Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English is required
- Ability to perform critical thinking and problem solving
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform simple math and measurements
