Licensed Land Surveyor
Position Type: Office:
Salary Range: Position Description: Full Time Warrington, PA
$110,000 to $140,000 annually
Project manager position to assist with all aspects of the Survey Department. Production of survey related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
These projects include boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects.
Requirements: 5 plus years survey experience in survey project management.
Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D.
PA PLS license required; NJ PLS license also preferred. Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Goal oriented and highly organized. Self-motivated, team player. Responsibilities: Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production.
Training field crews, technicians, and support staff.
Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, utility and roadway projects and construction stakeout.
Quality control of survey plans and documents.
Various calculations to support field personnel. Meet regularly with clients to ensure projects are performed on budget and on schedule. Title report review and compliance. Identifying problems and providing solutions. Henpen Corporation
