Strategic Advisor HR (B2B AI Mental Health) We are seeking an experienced HR leader (CHRO, CPO, VP of People) to advise on the go-to-market strategy and positioning of our AI-powered coaching and mental well-being solution for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in HR tech, employee benefits, EAPs, and corporate wellness programs. As an Advisor, you will help refine our pitch, product positioning, and sales strategy while providing insights into the buying behavior of HR decision-makers. Your expertise will shape our approach, and your industry connections will help facilitate introductions to HR leaders, benefits managers, and enterprise buyers. This is a part-time advisory role with the opportunity to influence a cutting-edge AI-driven corporate well-being solution. Responsibilities Guide product-market fit and messaging for HR and People leaders. Help shape HR-specific sales strategies, pricing models, and value propositions. Leverage your network to introduce the team to HR executives, benefits leaders, and decision-makers. Provide insights into HR tech trends, employee wellness priorities, and enterprise purchasing behavior. Advise on how AI-powered coaching can fit into corporate well-being, talent development, and retention strategies. Qualifications 10+ years in HR leadership (CPO, VP People, CHRO, or similar) in enterprise environments. Deep expertise in employee benefits, EAPs, corporate wellness, or HR tech adoption. Strong network of decision-makers in HR, benefits, and workplace mental health. Proven experience advising HR tech startups or SaaS companies on GTM and enterprise sales. Flexible, advisory role (a few hours per month). Equity, retainer, or success-based compensation negotiable.
