Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of driven door-to-door (D2D) sales representatives in generating leads and closing deals.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of roofing, gutters, siding, and windows.
• Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Train and mentor sales team members to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ensure accurate reporting and communication of sales metrics and progress to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven success in roofing preferred, but door to door sales experience in other fields accepted as well.
• D2D Sales Expertise: Hands-on experience in door-to-door lead generation and sales.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing systems, gutters, siding, and windows.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure and driven to succeed.
• Reliability: Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Transportation: Own a reliable vehicle to travel to client locations.
• Personable: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 experience in roofing sales or door to door marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
