Role Description
Recruiter full-time 1099 position can be remote anywhere in the USA specifically recruiting Financial Advisors. This role is cold call recruiting, and team transition consulting for wealth management professionals. The day-to-day tasks include hundreds of cold calls to source and screen potential Advisor candidates, whilst contributing to the TG team as support throughout the entire placement process. This can be an on-site role located in Chicago, IL.
