PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Compensation : $25 - $30 / hour (DOE)

Location : Scottsdale, AZ (100% in-office)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calculate Payroll for variable compensation or bonus plans
• Calculate, adjust, and process sales commissions
• Journal entries
• New employee set-up
• Reconciliation
• Administer HSA & 401k contribution changes
• Participate in month-end close
• Ensure company remains in compliance with all legal requirements
• Provide data support to all department managers for payroll and commission goals inquires
• Process international payroll utilizing 3rd party software as required
• Process garnishment calculations

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in general accounting with experience in the above stated duties
• Proficient in Excel
• Aptitude for numbers and exceptional commitment to accuracy
• Maintain high confidentiality of payroll-related information
• Strong attention to detail a must!
