Role Summary

As an Independent Medicare Agent , you’ll guide clients in selecting the right Medicare plans while growing your own book of business. This flexible, commission-based role allows you to set your own schedule and work remotely, all while receiving personalized mentorship and access to top-tier resources.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable Medicare plans (Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicare Supplements).
• Build long-lasting relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Leverage marketing systems, tools, and strategies to generate leads and grow your business.
• Stay current on Medicare regulations and industry changes to provide the best advice.
• Use technology to track performance, manage commissions, and streamline your workflow.
• Benefit from direct mentorship and continuous training to boost your sales and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience : Sales or insurance experience is a must; Medicare knowledge preferred but not required.
• Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset.
• Certifications: Must hold a state health insurance license . Have or willing to get AHIP certification, and carrier-specific certifications.
• Tech Savvy : Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms for client management.
• Personal Attributes : Self-starter with a drive to succeed , eager to learn and grow independently.
