Job Description

Position Overview:

Pacer is seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Recruiter who will also serve as an Account Manager to join our growing team in Orange County, CA . This unique role combines both recruiting and account management responsibilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering high-quality talent. The position involves frequent travel to client sites within Orange County and nearby areas to gather requirements, manage client relationships, and collaborate with offshore recruiting teams in India .

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their talent acquisition needs and acting as the main point of contact for all staffing-related inquiries.
  • Meet regularly with clients on-site to gather hiring requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and Pacer’s recruitment team to ensure smooth communication and a clear understanding of the client’s expectations.
  1. Technical Recruiting:
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for technical roles across various industries, primarily in IT and engineering.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with offshore recruiters in India to align on sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines, ensuring efficient and timely recruitment processes.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
  1. Account Management and Delivery:
  • Work closely with recruiters in India to ensure that client requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are in line with client needs, deadlines, and expectations.
  • Provide ongoing client support, including post-placement follow-up, to ensure successful placements and address any issues that arise.
  1. Reporting and Strategy:
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to clients regarding recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Work with internal teams to develop customized recruitment strategies and implement best practices to enhance the hiring process.
  1. Travel and Client Engagement:
  • Travel frequently to client sites within Orange County and nearby areas to attend meetings, gather requirements, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent Pacer at client events and collaborate on strategic staffing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, especially in IT, engineering, or related fields , and the ability to assess candidates for technical proficiency.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and offshore teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work with offshore teams (India) and coordinate effectively to ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Flexibility and Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to client sites in Orange County and surrounding areas.

  • Strong network within the Orange County tech community.
