Job Title : HR Assistant
Location: Edison, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description:

The role will report to the Manager of HR and have a combination of administrative and project management responsibilities. The Assistant will help with daily reports and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. We are looking for a self-starter who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be focused on providing a high quality of HR support and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HR administrative duties, such as ensuring all documents are up to compliance, track/prepare letters for signatures & answer email queries from associates.
• Create reports & approve system workflows.
• Assist with special projects and audits.
• Work on special project as assigned.

Qualifications :
•1+ Years of Human Resources experience
•5 days in office
•ssociate's degree
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•bility to work cross-functionally with stakeholders from all departments
•Strong communication skills
•bility to work agile and adapt to changing environment
