Summary: As an Electronic Technician for this critical program, candidates will be expected to perform a variety of in-depth technical functions required in the maintenance and repair of security equipment and systems. This position is offering the opportunity for a flexible schedule up to 39 hours per week ( this is a part-time position and eligible for company *benefits ). All candidates must be willing and able to travel as job requires, travel can be expected most of the time.
The work requires knowledge of basic and advanced electrical and electronic principles as they pertain to security systems and equipment installed at facilities.
Candidates must have the ability to:
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 8 years' experience installing or maintaining Electronic Security Systems (ESS) equipment. Specific experience with Johnson Controls P2000, Lenel OnGuard, Pelco, Genetec or Milestone are highly sought after and preferred.
