OPPORTUNITY: DIRECTOR OF MARKETING - Based in Northern California

**MUST RESIDE IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FOR THIS ROLE**

What will you do?

We are seeking a high-energy individual with demonstrated marketing experience to assist with projects and activities for marketing our products and services in the multi-family real estate division!

Some duties include but aren't limited to:

Develops and executes marketing strategies and objectives that supports the communities in a proactive manner.

Develops new business proposals, marketing plans and presentations, including online and video for presentation to owners and financial partners.

Maintains marketing database including contracts, and CRM marketing needs.

Coordinates ad contracts and placement.

Develops and implements changes to existing marketing campaigns based on data and performance of advertising source and spend.

Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and other sales literature.

Develops, monitors and maintains marketing budgets and usage.

Develops newsletters, direct mail, advertising, and catalog editing and proofreading.

Develops and implements public relations programs, online events, and trade shows.

Coordinates involvement in community organizations and events, including speech writing assistance.

Participates in new market research and design including visiting new and existing developments, consulting with designers, architects, construction personnel, etc.

Conducts customer surveys to obtain marketing information about organization products and services.

Conducts quarterly performance calls on cost per lease with each community manager.

Requirements:

Prefer Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university

Must have 5 years demonstrated experience - multi-family industry experience required

Must have lease-up experience

Must have experience delivering pitches to new clients

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced level of Microsoft office suite knowledge of Outlook Contact Management systems; POWERPOINT software; EXCEL Spreadsheet software, graphic design, InDesign a plus

Salary range is $140,000.00 plus bonus. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
