About the Role
Churchill Cost Consultants (Churchill) is looking for a Program Manager to support a portfolio of land and facility developments for a Fortune 100 technology firm whose focus is delivery of hyper-scale data centers.The role would be positioned in our client’s program management team requiring a combination of leadership, technical and communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to manage various client responsibilities while still supporting the growth and initiatives for Churchill.
Responsibilities
•Become proficient with client internal tools (primary focus – Quickbase)
•Engage with regional teams to ensure portfolio level data completeness and fidelity within tool
•Provide data management support to, and maintain clear communications with, internal and cross functional teams (specifically around date and budget changes)
•Support client in day-to-day management of tool
•Engage with cross-functional teams under direction of client lead to collect, synthesize, and incorporate feedback.
•Prepare drafts of business requirement documents and coordinate with tooling team to facilitate changes
•Track given KPIs through project lifecycle and provide reports on given intervals to stakeholders
•Extract critical information and metrics from internal, cross functional, and external reports necessary for tool inputs
•Perform KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and data visualization for dashboard management and executive reporting
•Create given executive and quarterly reporting
•Creation and management of necessary program templates
and playbooks.
•Produce monthly status reports and communication plans.
•Capture and incorporate lessons learned to support
continuous improvement and drive efficiencies for program.
•Manage internal and external stakeholders.
•Support in the development of the client relationship through
excellence in our delivery.
Experience Required
•Fluent in English (written and verbal).
•Right to work in the United States.
•5 YOE required (prefer 7-10) in large scale project or program management and/or development focused on commercial, industrial, or mission critical delivery
•Skilled communicator with excellent internal/external stakeholder
management skills.
•Strong drafting, written communication, and content creation skills, with
experience developing process documentation, stakeholder presentations,
and dashboards.
•Strong data analysis and visualization skills
•Attention to detail with demonstrated experience administering and managing data in a large database
•Strong communication and content creation skills, with experience developing dashboards and/or drafting executive presentations/communications
• Preferred : Knowledge of data center acquisition and project development lifecycle
•Preferred: Degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related
technical field, and/or equivalent technical program/project management
experience.
