About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead its commercial growth and expansion across various channels. The CRO will be tasked with developing and executing a multi-channel revenue strategy, with a focus on scaling professional and medical distribution and creating a high-impact Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) approach. This dynamic leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing partnerships, and leading a sales team to ensure the brand's mission and innovative messaging are effectively translated into commercial success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the beauty industry, particularly in disruptive or bold-claim brands, and must be adept at balancing brand evangelism with strategic business acumen. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the beauty industry, with a background in companies generating between $50M and $150M in revenue. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of digital commerce, customer acquisition strategies, and omnichannel sales models. Experience in scaling businesses across professional, medical, and DTC channels is essential, and a background in disruptive beauty brands is preferred. The successful candidate will be a highly analytical and strategic thinker, comfortable in founder-led organizations, and must be based in the U.S. with the ability to spend significant time in Salt Lake City during the initial period. Previous marketing experience, particularly in brand positioning and customer engagement, is a plus.
