Principal Recruiter @ Clear Point Consultants | Certified Scrum Master, Certified SAFe Agilist We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead the establishment of a Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) and develop a structured framework for organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will define the CoE’s roles and responsibilities, create a strategic roadmap for its evolution, and design and implement a comprehensive project change management framework. This role will work closely with executives, initiative leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure new solutions and processes are seamlessly integrated into transformation plans with proper sequencing, prioritization, and adoption strategies. Key Responsibilities: Center of Excellence (CoE) Development & Leadership Establish and lead the Change Management Center of Excellence, defining roles, responsibilities, and governance. Develop a CoE activity roadmap to outline the scope, evolution, and maturity of change management practices. Build, promote, and sustain enterprise-wide change management standards, tools, and best practices. Change Management Framework & Deployment Design and implement a project change management framework aligned with organizational transformation goals and industry best practices. Guide executives, initiative leaders, and project teams in developing and executing change adoption strategies for new or improved processes, technologies, and organizational structures. Ensure smooth integration of change initiatives into transformation plans, focusing on sequencing, prioritization, and role alignment for effective adoption. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align change strategies with business priorities and organizational culture. Develop and execute targeted communication plans to increase awareness, engagement, and support for change initiatives. Serve as a change advocate, coaching leaders and teams on effective change management techniques. Adoption & Readiness Support Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform change planning and execution. Develop employee enablement strategies, including training and support programs, to facilitate smooth transitions and sustained adoption. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define success metrics and track the effectiveness of change initiatives, using feedback to refine and improve strategies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned to enhance future change management efforts. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles. Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing a Center of Excellence (CoE) or similar capability-building initiative. Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR), Kotter’s Change Model, or equivalent frameworks. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute long-term roadmaps. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization. Experience with large-scale transformation projects and change adoption strategies. Proficiency in change management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Office 365, SharePoint, Jira). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital transformation and Agile environments.
